Common use of Home owner Clause in Contracts

Home owner. i. If an Employee owns a home in the old location they will be eligible to receive assistance in the cost of selling that home, the cost of purchasing a home in the new location in order to receive sale and purchasing assistance Employees must sell their current property and purchase a new property at the new location within 12 months of the move.
