Common use of Home Office Clause in Contracts

Home Office. Because the Company is a public Company in the United States and its stock is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market, the parties acknowledge that Executive shall be working from home late evenings and early mornings from time to time based on time zone differences. Accordingly, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for setting up a home office with appropriate telephone, communications, office and computer equipment for such purpose.
