Holidays on Weekends. In case any of these dates are changed by proclamation, the date so proclaimed shall be considered the holiday for the purpose of this Article. In the event that any of these holidays fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the previous Friday and/or the following Monday shall be considered the holiday.
