Holidays Off. An Employee, who wishes to receive the holiday off, should notify the Sheriff at least one (1) week in advance, and every effort will be made to arrange for a replacement.
Holidays Off a. The Employer shall maintain separate Holiday Books for dealers and dual rates in each sub-department in which employees may submit their requests for holidays off. The Books shall be put out at least six (6) weeks prior to each holiday, and shall be closed three (3) weeks prior to that holiday. There shall be separate slots for poker associates in the Poker Holiday Book.
Holidays Off. The following paid holidays are provided to eligible workers. Full time workers will receive 1 paid day off for each full day of holiday time. Holidays Off. Employees that work a rotating schedule shall receive an additional eight (8) hours of wages at their regular rate of pay whenever an actual holiday falls on the employees' scheduled day off. Employees working a rotating schedule do not have the right to move the holidays to another designated day and therefore receive any additional compensation.
