Holidays, Business Days. Any obligations to perform under this Agreement, including payment obligations, which shall become due on a non-business day shall become due upon the next business day. The term "business day" shall mean any day other than a day on which banking institutions in the City of Atlanta, Georgia are authorized by law to close.
