Holiday Conversions Clause Samples

The Holiday Conversions clause defines how holidays are treated in the context of contractual obligations, particularly regarding deadlines or payment dates that fall on non-business days. Typically, this clause specifies whether such dates are moved to the next business day or the preceding one, depending on the agreement's terms and the relevant jurisdiction. Its core function is to ensure clarity and consistency in the timing of obligations, preventing confusion or disputes when key dates coincide with holidays.
