HOLDING FUNDS. Escrow Agent shall hold all cash portions of the Earnest Money in a sepxxxxx xnterest bearing account at Escrow Agent's regular federally insured banking institution in whichever state Escrow Agent is located, and shall otherwise hold, invest and disburse the Earnest Money as provixxx xxxein. In the event of a dispute arising between the parties, the Escrow Agent is authorized to deposit the Earnest Money with a cxxxx xx competent jurisdiction or hold same until the dispute is resolved.
