Common use of Holders of Series Clause in Contracts

Holders of Series. C-2 Partnership Preferred Units shall have only the information rights specified in Section 8.5.A and Section 9.3 of the Agreement.

Holders of Series. C-2 D-1 Partnership Preferred Units shall have only the information rights specified in Section 8.5.A and Section 9.3 of the Agreement.
