Common use of Holder Information Clause in Contracts

Holder Information. The Company’s obligations to include the Registrable Securities held by the Holder in any Registration Statement are contingent upon the Holder furnishing in writing to the Company such information regarding the Holder, the securities of the Company held by the Holder and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities as shall be reasonably requested by the Company to effect the registration of the Registrable Securities, and the Holder shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request that are customary of a selling shareholder in similar situations.
