Common use of Hold Over Pay Clause in Contracts

Hold Over Pay. ‌ Bargaining unit members required to hold over following the completion of their shift shall be paid a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour pay at the overtime rate. Hours worked in excess of said one- half (1/2) hour shall be paid at the overtime rate.
