Common use of HMO PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

HMO PROCEDURE. A. Selecting a Participating Primary Care Physician. At the time of enrollment, each Member should select a Participating Primary Care Physician (PCP) from HMO’s Directory of Participating Providers to access Covered Benefits as described in this Certificate. The choice of a PCP is made solely by the Member. If the Member is a minor or otherwise incapable of selecting a PCP, the Subscriber should select a PCP on the Member’s behalf. Until a PCP is selected, benefits will be limited to coverage for Medical Emergency care.
