Common use of Historical Data Clause in Contracts

Historical Data. In addition to the warranties, guarantees, operating instructions, etc., elsewhere specified in the Contract Documents, at the conclusion of the Work and before final payment is made, the Contractor shall furnish a listing of the principal’s names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all subcontractors and suppliers that furnished labor and/or materials on the Project, with identification of the services and materials rendered by each. There shall be provided one (1) copy for the Architect and one (1) copy and one (1) electronic copy for the Owner in a file format of the Owner’s preference. All copies shall be delivered to the Architect for review and distribution.
