Common use of HISTORICAL DATA ENCODING Clause in Contracts

HISTORICAL DATA ENCODING. Quest Diagnostics (a) will provide to the Information Encoder Patient Identifiers, Patient Demographic Information, physician identification numbers, Encounter Numbers and Source Identifiers from the Historical Data and (b) will provide to SmithKline ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or an Affiliate or Authorized Subcontractor of SmithKline ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Laboratory Data from the Historical Data, with the corresponding Patient Identifiers deleted, in each case in accordance with Appendix F.
