AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of more than three (3) months, but not more than one (1) year shall retain, but not accumulate, her or his seniority held at the time of the transfer. In the event the nurse is returned to a position in the bargaining unit, she or he shall be credited with seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of her or his return to the bargaining unit. Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.
Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.
Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
Positions outside the Bargaining Unit (a) An employee may substitute temporarily in a position outside the bargaining unit for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the assignment. Bargaining unit employees shall be given the first opportunity to fill the resulting vacancy. The employee shall have the right to return to her or his bargaining unit position prior to the expiry of the fifteen (15) month period by giving the Employer six (6) weeks’ notice. Where an employee is backfilling outside of the bargaining unit for purposes of pregnancy and/or parental leave, the period of time will be extended up to nineteen (19) months from the date of the assignment. An employee who remains outside of the bargaining unit beyond the period covered by this article shall lose all seniority. When the employee returns to the bargaining unit, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions. An employee must remain in the bargaining unit for a period of at least three (3) months before transferring out of the bargaining unit again or she or he will lose all seniority held at the time of the subsequent transfer unless the parties agree otherwise.
Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
