Hiring Committees. 20.15.1 Supervisors who are Union members will be on hiring committees for positions they supervise. The University will not be required to delay the hiring process or contact employees if employees are on leave. 20.15.2 If hiring for a CUPE supervisory position, the University will make every reasonable effort to have a CUPE member from that area on the hiring committee.
