Complete and accurate copies of any material xxxx of sale or any hiring or leasing agreement, hire purchase agreement, credit or conditional sale agreement, agreement for payment on deferred terms or any other similar agreement to which the Company is a party, of which the Seller is aware, are annexed to the Signing Disclosure Letter.

(a) So far as the Seller is aware, copies of any bxxx of sale or any hiring or leasing agreement, hire purchase agreement, credit or conditional sale agreement, agreement for payment on deferred terms or any other similar agreement to which the Company is a party and which are material to the operation of its business are annexed to the Disclosure Letter or form part of the Data Room Information.
