Common use of High Degree of Risk Clause in Contracts

High Degree of Risk. The Purchaser understands that its agreement to purchase the Exchangeable Notes involves a high degree of risk which could cause the Purchaser to lose all or part of its investment, and the Purchaser has the ability to bear the economic risks of an investment in Exchangeable Notes, including a complete loss of its investment. Further, the Purchaser has carefully read, considered and understands the risks related to the Transactions, the Company, KORE, the Cerberus Parties and the Exchangeable Notes, and has had the opportunity to retain, at its own expense, and relied upon, appropriate professional advice regarding the financial, taxation and legal implications, risk and consequences of the foregoing
