High Degree of Risk. The Purchaser understands that its agreement to purchase the Forward Purchase Securities involves a high degree of risk which could cause the Purchaser to lose all or part of its investment.
High Degree of Risk. The Purchaser understands that the purchase of the Private Placement Warrants involves a high degree of risk which could cause the Purchaser to lose all or part of its investment.
High Degree of Risk. Subscriber realizes that an investment in the Units involves a high degree of risk, including, but not limited to, the risks of receiving no return on the investment and of losing Subscriber’s entire investment in the Company.
High Degree of Risk. The Purchaser acknowledges that it is aware that there are substantial risks incident to the purchase and ownership of the Forward Purchase Shares. The Purchaser has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Forward Purchase Shares, and the Purchaser has sought such accounting, legal and tax advice as the Purchaser has considered necessary to make an informed investment decision. The Purchaser has adequately analyzed and fully considered the risks of an investment in the Forward Purchase Shares and determined that the Forward Purchase Shares are a suitable investment for the Purchaser and that the Purchaser is able at this time and in the foreseeable future to bear the economic risk of a total loss of the Purchaser’s investment in the Company. The Purchaser acknowledges specifically that a possibility of total loss exists.
High Degree of Risk. The Investor realizes that this investment involves a high degree of risk, including the risk of loss of all investment in the Company.
High Degree of Risk. The Purchasing Party understands that its agreement to purchase the Forward Purchase Shares involves a high degree of risk, which could cause the Purchasing Party to lose all or part of its investment.
High Degree of Risk. Such Purchaser has been advised and understands that the purchase of the Purchased Shares involves a high degree of risk and uncertainty. Such Purchaser has read and understands the risk factors under the heading “Risk Factors” set forth in the Offering Materials.

The Purchaser understands that its agreement to purchase the Forward Purchase Securities and to acquire the Founder Shares involves a high degree of risk which could cause the Purchaser to lose all or part of its investment, and that it will be contractually obligated to vote any Class A Shares and Class B Shares, including the Founder Shares, held by it in favor of the Business Combination as provided herein.

Further, the Purchaser has carefully read, considered and understands the risks related to the Transactions, the Company, KORE, the Cerberus Parties and the Exchangeable Notes, and has had the opportunity to retain, at its own expense, and relied upon, appropriate professional advice regarding the financial, taxation and legal implications, risk and consequences of the foregoing
