Hepatitis Vaccine. The Employer shall provide a non‐probationary employee’s Hepatitis B vaccine at no cost to the employee should the employee desire to be vaccinated.
Hepatitis Vaccine. Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis vaccine.
Hepatitis Vaccine. The City shall, at its expense, provide hepatitis vaccine inoculations to any bargaining unit member whose job responsibilities bring him\her in contact with raw sewage.
Hepatitis Vaccine. Where an employee's job places the employee at risk of being infected with Hepatitis and the employee agrees to be vaccinated, the College shall pay for the employee's vaccination if the procedure is not covered by JOB SECURITY
Hepatitis Vaccine. The Contractor shall implement policies and procedures that shall ensure Contractor's staff performing services under this Contract at institutional sites is vaccinated against Hepatitis in accordance with the Department of Health’s guidelines, prior to the start of service delivery. The Contractor shall provide the institutional Senior Registered Nurse Supervisor with proof of vaccination prior to the start of service delivery by the staff member. The Contractor shall bear all costs associated with the vaccination of their staff or subcontractor staff.

ARTICLE GRIEVANCE & ARBITRATION PROCEDURE Employees shall have the right. upon request, to the presence of a Union Xxxxxxx at any stage of the grievance procedure, including the complaint stage, or at any time when formal discipline is imposed. The Hospital agrees that it will not discipline an employee without just cause. Where the Hospital deems it necessary to suspend or discharge an employee, the Hospital shall notify the Union, in writing, of such suspension or discharge. For the purpose of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between a member of the bargaining unit and the Hospital to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement.
Hepatitis Vaccine. Where an employee's job places the employee at risk of being infected with Hepatitis and the employee agrees to be vaccinated, the College shall pay for the employee's vaccination if the procedure is not covered by Support Staff Collective Agreement JOB SECURITY Probationary Period An employee will be on probationuntil has completedsix (6) months of employment with the College in any twelve (12) month period. At the discretion of the College, the probationary period may be reduced for an individual employee to such period of time as the College may determine. On successful completion of the probationary period, shall then be credited with seniority equal to the probationary period served, and seniority thus acquired shall be applied in the manner set out in this Article. Accumulating Seniority and Service Leaves of Absence Seniority and service shall accumulate for all purposes under the Collective Agreement for a period of up to, but not to exceed, six (6) calendar months during the term of this Agreement during any of absence granted, with or without pay, pursuantto the provisions of this Agreement.
Hepatitis Vaccine. New employees who are providing patient care are encouraged to accept a Hepatitis B vaccine according CDC infection control guidelines for health care workers. This would apply to those employees who may be exposed to blood, body fluids or sharp instruments. The Hepatitis B vaccine will be available at no cost through the employer to employees who are routinely exposed to blood, body fluids, or sharp instruments.
Hepatitis Vaccine. The Employer shall provide immunization against Hepatitis for employees required to come in contact with patients and are thereby, in the Employer's judgement, put at risk of infection to Hepatitis
