Hepatitis Vaccine Clause Samples

Hepatitis Vaccine. The Employer shall provide a non‐probationary employee’s Hepatitis B vaccine at no cost to the employee should the employee desire to be vaccinated.

This would apply to those employees who may be exposed to blood, body fluids or sharp instruments. The Hepatitis B vaccine will be available at no cost through the employer to employees who are routinely exposed to blood, body fluids, or sharp instruments.
