Heavy Maintenance Clause Samples
The Heavy Maintenance clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to significant repair or overhaul work on equipment, vehicles, or property covered by the agreement. Typically, it outlines which party is responsible for scheduling, performing, and paying for major maintenance activities, such as engine overhauls or structural repairs, and may set standards for the quality and timing of such work. This clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations regarding substantial upkeep, thereby preventing disputes over maintenance costs and ensuring the continued safe and effective operation of the asset.
