Hearing Schedule. The hearing shall be conducted within twenty (20) working days of the request for a hearing. The committee shall render its written recommendation along with a video tape of the hearing to the unit member, and to the President within ten (10) working days after the hearing is closed. If NSCPA is involved, a copy of the written recommendation shall be provided to the NSCPA representative.
