Health and Safety Education and Training. A. Where the State identifies a need, the State will provide health and safety information to all employees as a part of an on-going program of health and safety awareness and education. Such information may be reviewed and updated annually with input from the departmental Joint Union/Management Health and Safety Committee(s).
