Common use of Headings; Number and Gender Clause in Contracts

Headings; Number and Gender. The headings are for the convenience of the parties, and shall not be considered in construing this Agreement. Feminine or neuter pronouns shall be substituted for those of masculine form or vice versa, and the plural shall be substituted for the singular number or vice versa, in the place or places herein where the context may require such substitution.
