Common use of Head Lease Clause in Contracts

Head Lease. 23.1. To comply with the obligations of the Head Lease provided a copy of the obligations is attached to this Agreement at Schedule A or was provided with the First Tenancy Part VI: Further Conditions to be Kept by the Landlord The following paragraphs set out what can be expected from the Landlord during the Tenancy in addition to the main Terms found in Part II. If any of these Terms are broken, the Tenant may be entitled to claim damages from the Landlord, or ask a court to make the Landlord keep these promises.
