Common use of HCFA Clause in Contracts

HCFA. As of the Distribution Date (or such other date(s) as ---- Catalytica and CESI may mutually agree), CESI shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, verified by Catalytica or CESI under the HCFA data match reports that relate to CESI Employees.
