HCFA. HCFA" means the United States Health Care Financing Administration.

HCFA. As of the Distribution Date (or such other date(s) as Catalytica and CESI may mutually agree in writing), CESI shall assume all Liabilities described in Section 2.1 relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, verified by Catalytica or CESI under the HCFA data match reports.

As of the Distribution Date, Zimmer shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Zimmer or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Active Zimmer Employees and their beneficiaries regardless of the date the claim was incurred.
HCFA. As of the Separation Date (or such other date as MRV and Optical Access may mutually agree), Optical Access shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Optical Access Transferred Employees.
HCFA. As of the Contribution Date (or such earlier date as Methode and Stratos may mutually agree), Stratos shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Stratos Transferred Employees.
