Contractor is required to inspect Solid Waste, C&D and/or Targeted Recyclable Materials and other materials put out for Collection and may reject Solid Waste, C&D and/or Targeted Recyclable Materials and other materials observed to be contaminated with Hazardous Waste and not collect Hazardous Waste put out with Solid Waste, C&D and/or Targeted Recyclable Materials. Contractor shall develop a load inspection program that Includes the following components:
