Handling Differences Clause Samples
The "Handling Differences" clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for addressing discrepancies or inconsistencies that may arise between the parties during the execution of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for notifying the other party of a difference, the timeframe for response, and the method for resolving the issue, such as negotiation or escalation to higher management. Its core function is to provide a clear and structured process for resolving misunderstandings or conflicts, thereby minimizing disruption and ensuring the smooth continuation of the contractual relationship.

Any processes prescribed in this Agreement, which contain a different dispute resolution process binding on both parties than what is contained in Article 6, shall be governed by that process.
