Handling and Distribution Sample Clauses

The Handling and Distribution clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for managing, storing, and delivering goods or materials under an agreement. It typically outlines how products should be handled to ensure quality and safety, specifies the parties responsible for transportation and storage, and may set requirements for packaging or labeling. By clearly assigning duties and setting standards, this clause helps prevent disputes over logistics and ensures that goods are distributed efficiently and in accordance with contractual expectations.
