Handicapped Accessibility Requirements. The Project shall be accessible to and usable by individuals with handicaps, in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. §§4151-4157), the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, as set forth in 24 CFR Section 570.614, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
