Common use of Guying Clause in Contracts

Guying. The use of guying to accommodate Licensee’s Attachments shall be provided by and at the expense of Licensee and to the satisfaction of District as specified in Appendix D. Licensee shall not attach its guy wires to District’s anchors without prior written permission of District. If permission is granted, charges may apply.
