Guaranty Supplements. (a) The Parent Borrower may at any time have additional Subsidiaries joined as Guarantors by execution and delivery of a Guaranty Supplement, together with such customary certificates, evidences of authority and opinions of counsel as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request in connection therewith.
