Common use of Guaranty Supplements Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Supplements. Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto (each, a “Guaranty Supplement”), (a) such Person shall be referred to as an “Additional Guarantor” and shall become and be a Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in this Article 10 to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional Guarantor, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional Guarantor, and (b) each reference herein to “this Article 10”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, and each reference in any other Loan Document to the “Guaranty”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, shall mean and be a reference to this Article 10 as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.

Guaranty Supplements. Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit F G hereto (each, a ““ Guaranty Supplement”), (a) such Person shall be referred to as an “Additional Guarantor” and shall become and be a Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in this Article 10 to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional Guarantor, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional Guarantor, and (b) each reference herein to “this Article 10”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, and each reference in any other Loan Document to the “Guaranty”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, shall mean and be a reference to this Article 10 as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.

Upon the execution and delivery by any Person of a guaranty supplement in substantially the form of Exhibit F hereto or such other form of guaranty or guaranty supplement to guarantee the Guaranteed Obligations in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (each, a “Guaranty Supplement”), (a) such Person shall be referred to as an “Additional Guarantor” and shall become and be a Guarantor hereunder, and each reference in this Article 10 to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional additional Guarantor, and each reference in any other Loan Document to a “Guarantor” shall also mean and be a reference to such Additional additional Guarantor, and (b) each reference herein to “this Article 10”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, and each reference in any other Loan Document to the “Guaranty”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to this Article 10, shall mean and be a reference to this Article 10 as supplemented by such Guaranty Supplement.
