Guaranteed Minimum Hours. Client agrees to provide Consultant the guaranteed number of work hours per week specified in the attached Assignment Confirmation Addendum A. Cancellation of prescheduled workdays or reduction in work hours by Client will be billed reflecting the guaranteed minimum work hours. Minimum work hours shall be reduced to reflect scheduled school closings for holidays and planning days.
