Guaranteed Completion Date Price Rebates. If none of Provisional Acceptance, Interim Acceptance and Final Acceptance of the Facility occurs on or before the Guaranteed Provisional Acceptance Date, Contractor hereby agrees to pay to Owner, as a rebate and not a penalty and as part of the consideration for awarding the contract, as follows (subject in each case to the terms and provisions of clause (c) below, if and to the extent applicable):
