Common use of Group Structure Chart Clause in Contracts

Group Structure Chart. (a) The Group Structure Chart is true, complete and accurate in all material respects and shows each Group Company, including current name, its jurisdiction of incorporation and/or establishment, and indicates whether a company is dormant or is not a company with limited liability.
