Common use of Group Plan Coverage Clause in Contracts

Group Plan Coverage. All continuous and temporary employees must, after three (3) months continuous service, participate in all the benefits noted in Article 31.3. This shall not include Dental and Extended Health where the employee provides proof of similar coverage under another plan. An employee who is covered by another plan and elects to participate in the Extended Health and Dental components of the Company's plan shall not be permitted to later withdraw from these components of the plan.
