Group Information. The Parent shall, promptly upon request of the Facility Agent deliver or procure that there is delivered to the Facility Agent, an updated Group Structure Chart containing information sufficient to evidence the matters set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) of Clause 22.25 (Group Structure Chart).
