Group Health Insurance Coverage. Upon Executive’s separation from employment with the Company, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans, Executive may elect to continue group health insurance coverage(s) at Executive’s own expense pursuant to COBRA and in accordance with the group health insurance plan. Additional information about continuation coverage under COBRA will be provided to Executive separately.
