Group Coverage. For the purpose of these benefit plans, the total group covered by the plans will, where advantageous, be a coalition of members of the Vancouver Community College Faculty Association, College staff, administrators and other College-related groups, which may include employees of Langara College. Under such a coalition, determination of a percentage of group participation shall be a deployment or interpretation of the group or subgroup composition for the best advantage to the greatest numbers.
Group Coverage. Teachers, eligible under Section 10.2, who apply and receive retirement pay in accordance with the provisions of this article, shall be eligible to remain in the School District- approved group health insurance program within the limits of contract coverage provided by the insurance companies. The designated health insurance companies are subject to change within the limits of governing law.
Group Coverage. All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for the same County’s group hospitalization-surgical care insurance plan that is offered to general municipal employees for the County. Employees shall pay the same monthly premium as general municipal employees of the County. The County shall pay the remainder of the single monthly premium and the family monthly premium for the health insurance plan.

  • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.
