Common use of Group Benefit Plan Continuation Clause in Contracts

Group Benefit Plan Continuation. While an employee is on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, the Employer shall permit the employee to continue participation in eligible benefit plans. The employee shall be responsible to pay both the Employer and the employee’s shares of the premium costs for maintaining such coverage for which the employee is eligible during the period of leave.
