Common use of Ground Services Clause in Contracts

Ground Services. a. The Company shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, commissions, negligence or default of any ground or travel services by, in or through any private vehicles, taxis, vans, buses, trains, tours, guides or lodgings. b.
