Grid Rolling. When required, the roadbed shall be grid rolled as listed in C/CT5.31# or K/KT-F/FT.3.1#. unless otherwise agreed by the designated Forest Service official, grid-rolling will continue until roadbed imported surfacing-materials are reduced to a size not exceeding 3 inches (76.2 mm) in greatest dimension or two-thirds of the depth of the existing surfacing, whichever is greater.
