GRANTEE ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement may not be assigned by Grantee without the prior written consent of the County, which consent may be withheld in the County’s sole discretion. Any assignment by Grantee without the County’s written consent shall be wholly void.
GRANTEE ASSIGNMENT. Upon due notice to Grantor, Grantee, and Grantee’s successors and assigns, have the right to assign or transfer this Facility Servitude Agreement, and all rights granted or created herein, in whole or in part to or among one or more persons, with each such person having the full rights and privileges herein granted, to be owned and enjoyed either in common or in severality.
