GRANT PROVISIONS FOR SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS. 12.1. In addition to other provisions required by the Federal Awarding Agency or the Prime Recipient, Grantees that are Subrecipients shall comply with the following provisions. Subrecipients shall include all of the following applicable provisions in all Subcontractors entered into by it pursuant to this Grant.
