Common use of Grant of Restricted Stock Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Stock. In consideration of Holder’s past and/or continued employment with or service to the Company or its Subsidiaries and for other good and valuable consideration, effective as of the Grant Date set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Grant Date”), the Company irrevocably grants to Holder the right to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Shares”), upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement.

Grant of Restricted Stock. In consideration of Holder’s 's past and/or continued employment with or service to the Company or its Subsidiaries and for other good and valuable consideration, effective as of the Grant Date set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Grant Date”"GRANT DATE"), the Company irrevocably grants to Holder the right to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Shares”"SHARES"), upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement.

Grant of Restricted Stock. In consideration of Holder’s 's past and/or continued employment with or service to the Company or its Subsidiaries Subsidiaries, Holder's agreement to the release and settlement of claims set forth in Section 2.6 below, and for other good and valuable consideration, effective as of the Grant Date set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Grant Date”"GRANT DATE"), the Company irrevocably grants to Holder the right to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock set forth in the Grant Notice (the “Shares”"SHARES"), upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and this Agreement.
