Renewal of Agreement This agreement does not automatically renew, and residence in UCF DHRL residence facilities during one agreement period does not guarantee that residence accommodations will be offered to the Student for any following periods. The Student is solely responsible for the timely completion of housing agreements for future periods. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who are unwilling to adhere to the basic elements of good housekeeping, and community living. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who disregard or violate rules, regulations, or policies established for governing UCF DHRL residential facilities. Finally, housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who have outstanding charges from UCF DHRL.

Renewal of Agreements The Agreement with TIPS is for one (1) year with an option for renewal for additional consecutive years as provided in the solicitation. Total term of Agreement can be up to the number of years provided in the solicitation, if sales are reported through the Agreement and both parties agree. Automatic Renewal Clauses Incorporated in Awarded Vendor Agreements with TIPS Members Resulting from the Solicitation and with the Vendor Named in this Agreement. No Agreement for goods or services with a TIPS member by the awarded vendor named in this Agreement that results from the solicitation award named in this Agreement, may incorporate an automatic renewal clause with which the TIPS member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated in an Agreement by the vendor with the TIPS member shall only be valid and enforceable when the vendor receives written confirmation by purchase order or executed Agreement issued by the TIPS member for any renewal period. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes. Term and Renewal of Agreements The Agreement with TIPS is for three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one (1) consecutive year if both parties agree. TIPS may or may not exercise the one-year extension beyond the base three-year term and whether or not to offer the extension is at the sole discretion of TIPS. The scheduled Agreement termination date shall be the last date of the month of the last month of the agreement’s legal effect. Example: If the agreement is scheduled to end on May 23, the anniversary date of the award, it would actually be extended to May 31 in the last month of the last year the contract is active. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Grant of Licence 2.1 XXXXX, subject to the Licensee complying with the terms of the Agreement, grants the Licensee a Licence to Perform, or permit to be performed, any of the Works of Music for the time being in XXXXX’s Repertoire, at the Premises.
