Grant of Operational Rights. In consideration of the Operator agreeing to pay the [Access Charges and other] payments to be made to Aurizon Network by the Operator, Aurizon Network grants to, and will provide, the Operator Operational Rights in accordance with the Train Service Description for the operation of Train Services on and from the Commitment Date on the terms in, and subject to the conditions of, this Agreement.
