GRANT OF LEASE AND POSSESSION. 2.1 Subject to the terms, conditions, representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set forth herein, Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases and takes from the Landlord, the Leased Property. Tenant shall have and hold the Leased Property for the term of years set forth herein, unless said term shall be sooner ended and terminated or extended under the terms and provisions hereof
