Grant of Licence 2.1 XXXXX, subject to the Licensee complying with the terms of the Agreement, grants the Licensee a Licence to Perform, or permit to be performed, any of the Works of Music for the time being in XXXXX’s Repertoire, at the Premises.
Grant of License During the term of this Contract:
Sole purpose of the Concessionaire The Concessionaire having been set up for the sole purpose of exercising the rights and observing and performing its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, the Concessionaire or any of its subsidiaries shall not, except with the previous written consent of the Authority, be or become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business other than as envisaged herein.
Grant of Licenses 9.1 We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to (i) access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”) that we provide to you or authorize for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of Xxxxxx’s Affiliate Program. You agree that all uses of the Licensed Materials will be on behalf of Xxxxxx and the good will associated therewith will insure to the sole benefit of Cerule.
The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY This Security Instrument secures to Lender (i) the repayment of the Loan, and all renewals, extensions, and modifications of the Note, and (ii) the performance of Borrower’s covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and the Note. All of the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the “Property.” BORROWER REPRESENTS, WARRANTS, COVENANTS, AND AGREES that: (i) Borrower lawfully owns and possesses the Property conveyed in this Security Instrument in fee simple or lawfully has the right to use and occupy the Property under a leasehold estate; (ii) Borrower has the right to grant and convey the Property or Borrower’s leasehold interest in the Property; and (iii) the Property is unencumbered, and not subject to any other ownership interest in the Property, except for encumbrances and ownership interests of record. Borrower warrants generally the title to the Property and covenants and agrees to defend the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any encumbrances and ownership interests of record as of Loan closing. THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT combines uniform covenants for national use with limited variations and non-uniform covenants that reflect specific Washington state requirements to constitute a uniform security instrument covering real property. UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender covenant and agree as follows:
Grant of Concession Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority and PLBs hereby grant and authorize the Concessionaire to design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) the Project and to exercise and/ or enjoy such rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement (“the Concession”) for a period of 00 ( Xxxxxx Xxxxx) years commencing from the Compliance Date and the concessionaire hereby accepts the concession and agrees to implement the project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
